Q: Morning Nose Problems

I tend to wake up every single morning with the feeling that my nose is full of liquid. It's a feeling very similar to when you've gone underwater at the beach or in a pool and water goes right up your nose and feels really uncomfortable and unpleasant. It almost hurts my nose and the back of my throat, there is so much liquid there.

When I get up I have to blow my nose every 2 minutes or so as the mucous just keeps coming back. I can't believe that one nose could produce so much, and just in the morning too. The rest of the day it's fine.

I don't get it. Anyone? Its been like this for months, and technically for several years.

Morning Nose Problems
hi Stevie,

Yes, I am currently using a decongestant from Japan which does wonders for me. It's called Flucur.
