Hi, i'm nervous about posting this! But I havent been able to talk about my fears to anyone as I had a terrible miscarriage 10 weeks ago. It was the worse time of my life. I had my first period 6 weeks after. Then I had unprotected sex with my husband up until day 13 of my cycle. On the 13th day i'm sure I was ovulating as I had the watery discharge. Its now day 33 and i've had no period yet. Ive had a few slight cramps that last about 10 seconds but they are rare and I had mid cycle bleeding a few days after we had sex on the 13th day. I have been feeling sick but i've noticed i've had loads on phlegm! So I think its because of that! And when I was pregnant 2 months ago my breasts werent sore just occasionally painful. The pain I experienced then, I get a slight twinge occasionally now. I took a pregnancy test on day 29 of my cycle, it was negative. I dont think i'd be so lucky to be pregnant now. But I was told after delivering a baby, your more fertile. I'm not sure though. My cycle is normally 30 days. I was just wondering what someone elses thoughts were on my problem as I havent been able to talk to anyone. Thanks in advance x

Your more fertile ( some doctors day ) after you deliver a baby or have a miscariage. Some doctors say you should wait a couple months before trying again. It sounds like you might be pregnant again. Hope you are and everything goes smoothly 4 you this time. I also had a miscariage in january and I tried to have a baby this month and it came out neg cause now im have my period. I understand what you went through.

Thankyou for replying! I thought noone would! Its great hearing other peoples views. I was told to wait for 2 periods before I start trying again. My husband doesnt want to try! But it was his choice to use no protection! But some days I get the 'ugh' feeling of a period, like feeling crappy. But it doesnt last long.. If I am pregnant, how comes I still get the slight cramps? I do remember getting cramps when I was pregnant last time, but that was when I was about 6 weeks, so the baby was growing, I know cramps is a sign of the uterus growing. But now it'd be tiny.
And also the pregnancy test was negative! I would have thought seeing a negative that my period would have come shortly after coz of the worry going.. I've just got out of bed and now feel sick, but im sure the body does trick you! When you want to be pregnant you start feeling symptoms! Even if your not!

Hey

I know how u feel, I just recently had a 2nd mc in march along with a d&c, had a period april 16 and guess what.......Im almost 5 wk pregnent. It is possible, im so shocked myself, I still sont believe it.... I thin ku should go get a blood test done to measure the hcg.... Thats what im waiting for now, I pray everything works out this time

I also miscarried in march and my period was 18th april, I havent had another yet. Now i'm thinking I havent had a period because of what I went through with miscarriage. But i've already had one, so i'm sure my body is back to normal. I occasionally get cramps as if my periods is coming, i've had this for about 2 weeks now. But nothing is visible down there yet! I'm checking in the toilet every 5 minutes!! If i'm not pregnant I wish my period would just come and get over with it!! But if i'm pregnant, why do I feel so crappy!!

fertility after miscarriage

i was told i was misscarryin on the 11th of feb 2009 as i had light bleeding, my hcg levels were dropping too. it was about two weeks after this date that i expelled the fetus as i was gettin cramping, heavy bleeding and clots and a whity bloody tissue came away. i carried on bleeding heavily for a few weeks then it became light and would get heavy every few days or so but now its virtually stopped. i have been having unprotected sex since 2 weeks after miscarying but im now snappy moody teary and dont know when my cycle will return or wether ive had it please help....

hey

i jus had a miscarriage in march well i didnt know i was but my belly was hurting bad heres how it started on the 14th of march i got my period and i was like ok im early but i was really stressed out tooo and i still had my period after my normal 7 days finally got in to see a doctor on the 25 the 26 they called and told me i was pg i was so happy but scared cause i was bleeding and hurtin so long so when i went to the other hospital found out i lost the baby....but my question is do u think im pg i havent got my period and my bf and i have been havin unprotected sex and today is the 25 and no period but havin signs of bein pg i took a pg test on the 23 came back neg my bf said to wait till the end of the month and see ii just dont know if i am or if jus losin the baby messed up my cycle what u think

When you misscarry it takes some time for your hormones to go down the amount of time depends on how far along you were the further along you are the higher the hormone levels the long it takes them to return to normal your cycle wont have started until your hcg hormone levels dropped to normal so your period is going to be delayed a bit longer than normal however this doesnt mean you are not pregnant only that you will definately have ovulated later than you normally would so i would give it another 2 weeks and if still no period then retest good luck and im very sorry for your loss ive suffered 3 so i do know what your going through

i recently jus had a miscarriage on the 3rd of july when i found out i was so upset it was the worst time of my life i was 3 months pregnant i went for a scan at 6 weeks as i was spotting everything was ok at 3 months i started getting cramps and spotting on 3rd july they told me my babys heart had stopped i then went to get the tablet on the 8th of july and stayed in hospital for a day i then had passed my baby i only bled for 3 days 2 weeks after i had unprotective sex as i wanted to start trying straight away my boyfriend lives 1hr n half away from me so i only see him couple times a month i seen my bf on 20th its now the 29th and im getting little niggles in my belly i aint had no spotting and it doesnt feel as thought im coming on my period its the same niggles i got when i was pregnant even though ive had sex once could i be pregnant x

i dont really know it depends on you really if your ready i just had a miscarriage on the 23rd of october and it was my first pregnancy and the doc told me i could start to try again straight away so as soon as my period turns up i will try again so it really depends on you and your body iam sorry to hear about your loss

since it was my first miscarriage the bleeding is it surpose to feel and smell like a period
