Iam 5 foot 8 inches and I weigh 110! Nothing helps!, I have a very fast metabolism system can you guys suggest methods to become fat. There are lots of activities that I restrict myself of doing such as swimming and lots of others, I want to do these but I know people will make fun so I dont. If you guys can suggest methods that would be nice thanks

It Should Be No Problem.
Wow! You have tried everything? I wish I could do everything and not gain a pound. My best advice to you is eat alot of calories every day... And I mean alot. Squeeze alot of high cal snacks in and just eat a ton. That shouldnt be too hard right? :)

No dont it junk food! Eat foods with high protein and carbs like chicken and huge plates of pasta, thats what I did when I went travellin and bulked out a fair bit. Im the same size as you so it can be done plus work and drink protein shakes if u wanna put weight and muscle gain ur at the best size to start!

hi jason, i have the same problem as you i need to put weight on for ivf treatment. i am 8stone 4lbs. you should see your doctor and see a dietition who will tell you exatly what to eat, i cant seem to fit alot in my tummy as i get full quickly so my doctor and dietition have put me on some drinks called ensure like milkshakes but they have everything you need to have in your body right amount of carbs, protein, iron every thing you might get in that you dont with normal meals. I have found i am eating more before a main meal which is snacks in between main meals this helps you to gain weight i put on 3lbs in 3 weeks i know it is not much but 1lb a week all adds up after a few months i really hope you put your weight on soon but try to see a dietition or doctor the drinks are working for me and they might work for you. GOOD LUCK keep me informed. From Joanne
