Cervical Dysplasia...... Mabye More?

I have a sever case of dysplasia. I have had a cone biopsy and a leap . I am having constant sever abdominal pain as well as pain during intercourse and I have also had a laporoscopy and they found nothing. I have an iud, I have had it for almost two years. My dr says that there is nothing wrong with that. But can not seem to find a reason for my abdominal pain. My last surgery ( leap) was about three weeks ago and now I am having lowe abdominal pain and some breast tenderness.. I don't know what to do I don't want to go to the dr every day.. Please give me some advice if you can. :?:

Ok, this is not typical. My colp with biopsy came back as ciniii/cis, so I had a leep done last week. They discovered more behind that, so they ended up doing a cone. By the third day after surgery, I started having pain so bad I couldnt stand it. Went back to the doc on the 4th day and they said I had an infection, so they put me on 2 antibiotics. Went back on 7th day after surgery still with a lot of pain, fever, and generally feeling miserable. Apparently, between the procedure and the infection, it irritated my appendix and had to have that removed yesterday! Lord have mercy it's been a long week.
