Yesterday my neck and lower back was aching so badly that I could hardly get some sleep. These aching has be going on for quite a long time and there were a few times when it got bad tat it causes me severe headache. The doctors i've seen told mi the ache is probably due to improper sitting position, prolong hours of using computer and lack of exercise. Lately I also have some lung irritation. Im not sure whether its related. Can anyone tell mi if theres anything serious?? Those who also suffer the same problems pls share with mi ur experince... Im starting to freak out... Im still aching all over...Im weak!! Helppppp~~~~~~~~
