The past couple of days, my hands seem to be tingling. It feels like there is a bug on my hand. I don't know what it's from. Anybody know of this, if so please help.

Yeah I get in like once in a blue moon, but when I do. I open and close my hands fast to get the blood flowing better. And also try doing that whilst running it under hot water.

Could be low blood sugar. Note what time of the day it happens and see if there is a pattern. Like 3 hours after eating, when you dont eat anything etc. Also if you have coffee, stimulants- on an inhaler, mediciation?- this will cause this.

Pinched nerves too in the neck also cause this as well as other things as well as anxiety.

Could be carpal tunnel syndrome. Its very common these days. If the feelings persist, I would consider seeing an orthopedic doctor.
