I have the same problem in all joints. I suffer from sle. I take treatments, beside it I use apple cider vinegar. I use to take 1/2 cup of water mixed with one table spoon of apple cider vinegar after two meals,lunch and supper. It really works. You can do search for it. I noticed a big difference in pain. It also reduce weight if u take it regularly. Please if u have any problem in stomach don't ever think to take apple cider vinegar.

Thank u for your advice. I consulted my specialist doctors,i'm already under their recommendations. I talked about apple cider viniger to share people with my experience and it really worths.
