Ok, so I still don't have any advice for sore boobs.

But I found the acne cure! I still use my normal face scrub every day in the shower (it's the st. Ive's apricot one) and then I bought some clearasil ultra cleansing pads and they are amazing. I just got them on saturday and used 1 saturday night, 1 yesterday morning after my shower, and 1 last night before bed and I can totally see a huge difference. It burns and leaves my face all red and splotchy for a little bit but once that goes away my skin looks completely clear. I feel like I should write them a thank you note!

That sounds lovely! I will buy them tonight, but I have really bad luck with face stuff, it never seems to work for me, but i'll tell you if I get good results too! Thanks a bunch.

Clean and clear face wash with 10% benzol peroxide has worked wonders on my skin.

2.5% Bp
No need to use 10% benzoyl peroxide when 2.5% benzoyl peroxide works even better than 10%bp. Dan's clear skin regimen is good which uses 2.5% bp. You can read the success stories about the regimen.

Is clearasil face wash the blue squeeze bottle stuff because if yes the actually face wash is too strong with my skin and makes my zits just redder and my skin irritated. Is the cleansing pads milder than the wash? I find the same thing with neutragena, too strong for me. (no spelling included)

I don't know what the clearasil in the tube looks like but the pads are not mild at all. Right after I use them I actually have to fan my face because it burns (i say that's how you know it's working!) and then my face is all red and splotchy for a bit (not too long, 5-10 minutes maybe). They're harsh but obviously work, the difference in my skin is dramatic. But if you have sensitive skin you might not want to try them.
