Hi,

i am just wondering if anyone else has had this. In my 1st trimester I never got sick (just nausea). But now I am 16 weeks, and this morning I had to vomit, and I am still not feel well.

Should I be worried ? Call the doctor?

Thanks

You may had a bug or virus and it may not be anything to do with the pregnancy.

When I was pregnant I was sick from week 4 till the day I gave birth....I had to take anti-sickness tablets to control it.

If you are at all worried the give your doc a call.

Good luck :)

Morning sickness is a myth. Pregnant women can have all day sickness, never be sick, or only get sick once in awhile.

I got sick only in the 3rd trimester and only if I ate anything greasy. Then i'd only be sick in the middle of the night. That isn't anything like morning sickness you read about in books.

It sounds 'normal'. Good luck.

Thanks for the replies.

Well I only got sick that once, so that is good.

I am not sure if it was a virus, or just something I ate (i am thinking that, since the day before I ate too much at a resturant) .

But things are going good now.

Thanks
and good luck to the rest of you.

vomitting
I am 38 years old, in my second trimester (20 weeks), and have projectile vomitting almost every morning between 3 and 6:00 a.m. Is my condition worse due to my age? Will it likely subside?
