Hi!

I've been carrying this question in mind for so long... It's been a year since I observed and most of my family observed that when i'm resting particularly sleeping, a part of my eyelid is pumping, both of my legs will just kick or my thumbs in my toes are shaking. I always feel it and i'm really bothered because this is not occassionally happening but it's happening everyday. What could have been the cause of this irregular movement? What must be wrong? Should I get a medical help or just rest?

Your response is highly appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Not sure what that could be. But it does sound like you need to talk with your doctor about it. It could be serious.

Good luck!
