My boyfriend and I were having sex I was on top and we got into it and while we were I came up off his penis and slammed down on it causing it to snap side ways, and it made a sound. Then it got really swollen and turned black. The swelling went down a little bit but it hurts him and it is still black. He can pee out of it with no problem but I want to know if he needs to go to the hospital, or if it will heel on it's own.

Yes!!!
Yes!!!! I would say he needs to go to the hospital right away! Anything that makes you penis black...Needs medical attention. I would think that the black would mean blood (internal bleeding) but I dont know! Now I know it is embarrassing but you better go to the hospital! Write back with the results!

Ouch
That sounds incredibly painful!!

Hospital is the best choice; like staylor said, it could be internal bleeding. A silly link, but it reminded me of when you trap your finger in a door it goes black under the nail (no link I know!!)

but if you leave it too long, it cause cause permanent damage.

Good luck

xx

He needs to seek medical attention. An injury like that can cause permanent damage. What may happen is later on down the line the damaged tissue/ligaments can cause his penis to bend in an unatural way, which can lead to many dysfunctions.
