Shocked I had been having pain in rib cage, but now the pain has changed, last night I had 1 piece of a spicy chicken wing and that is all it took, I got a bad pain where your breastbone meets your stomach right in the center, it was so bad it kept me awake most f the night. After a lot of burps it subsided can this still be my gallbladder or something else?

Pain In the Chest
Hi, that happened to me. The pain in my chest hurt so bad I thought I was having a heart attack and went to the emergency room. Turns out I was having a gallbladder attack. Eventually had surgery. Feel great now.
