Hi! I am a young teen girl. Recently I have been experiencing joint aches. Sharp pain that last a couple seconds. It seems when I am exercising or running I don't notice it as much. My arms are extremely tired but I did lift heavy weights yesterday, my great grandma has lupus and when I wake up my hands are swollen but im not sure if it is because I sleep with one of my hands under the pillow. Somedays im tired even if I sleep enough.
I grind/clench my teeth at night but I know that cant cause my muscle and joint pains im really worried, also I learned that the pipes I use at my house are corroded so im wondering if I could have lead poisoning but I dont have loss of concentration or anything

my joint pains come sporadicly about 1 every 30 mins I guess either my foot ankle fingers wrist or something else, a sharp pain. Today I woke up witha headache feeling lethargic.

So overall I was wondering what kind of joint pains people with lupus experience and how it feels cause mine hurt :(
