My gf forgot to take her pill last wednesday. She took it as soon as she could which was thursday night (i don't know if she doubled up). Within an hour she got sick to her stomach, got a headache and said she felt like a truck hit her. This lasted the rest of that day and probably about half of the next day (today).
This evening (friday) she took her pill as usual and again started feeling bad. Could this be an indication that she's pregnant? She's supposed to start her period in a few days so she's not late just yet.

If she is on a new does or brand of bc it could cause her to be sick.
I know when the Dr. Put me on bc the first kind made me sick as a dog. The second kind made me gain a lot of weight. Ome brand made me bleed for almost the whole 3 mths. I was on it. I've been through about 5-6 brands a doses. I'm now on one that works for me.

She's been on the same bc for the last three years... She does feel much better this morning though - so maybe it's nothing. We did have a very busy trip to vegas last weekend (walked everywhere) - maybe it's just catching up with her and nothing to do with the bc???

Doubling up on birth control will definately make women sick, it's a pretty high dose of estrogen and progestin all at once sometimes!
