It is prob some kind of infection go see ya doc about it. Or try putting some baby oil on a piece of cotton wool and rubbing it in side your belly button to remove any dirt. Otherwise go to your phamarcy and ask the pharmasit for some cream, just explain the problem they are usually very good at these sort of things.
