Q: Not Gettin Any Sleep~

This past week I have been having trouble getting to sleep I just toss and turn all night and once I got to sleep I didn't sleep that much ...I feel tired but I just can't sleep...My mom says shes been through it when she was close to her due date...She said walking or keeping yourself busy until your ready to sleep helps....Have any ideas? Confused

Can't Sleep!!!
When I was at my last month I lost alot of sleep. After I had my baby every1 told me I should of tryed 2 keep myself up tell I was wiked tried. Whatever you do try 2 get enough sleep cause in the middle of me pushin my daughter out I passed out. It was cause I didn't have sleep for 4 days. I agree stay up and make something. Hope this helps. I cant sleep very well either.....Im only 24 weeks too!! And I keep having these spasm in my back they hurt like hell!!! Exscuse my language sometime s I cant walk b/c they hurt so bad I called my doc and she said that they were normal the baby was kicking the nerves but is there anything I can do to help the pain???
