Q: Herbal Remedies?

Does anyone know of any herbal remedies or natural techniques to calm down? I have been having terrible anxiety attacks lately, and unfortunately what causes it I cant cut down on (work and trying to move to the other side of the state and setting up a new job and packing to move and trying to tie up loose ends here and there financial troubles) I just cant seem to deal with it all at once and it seems like its alllllll at once! I do not want to see a doctor (cant afford it) and I will not take pharmecuetecal (spelling?) medications, I dont want to put anything un natural into my body.

If anyone has any suggestions id greatly appreciate it.

If you are having true anxiety that is interfering with your day-to-day-functioning, please see your primary care physician.

There's nothing wrong with taking prescribed medication to help your body do what it can't do on it's own. Herbal remedies are risky at best, and they aren't exactly natural for your body anyway. It's not as if we all grew up chewing on non-native plants.
