Is Anyone Else? Posted: 01-09-04 09:38am
I am 6 months pregnant and having these
back pains at work. They dont stop until
after I get home. I dont do any hard
work because all I do during the day is
computer work and help others with
internet problems. Is it strange that
i'm having these back aches only at work?

I have the same problem especially on my
lower back at work. Take breaks and try
standing for a while that always seems to
help.

It could be the chair! Get one that has
lumbar support and take it to work, or get
a duplicate chair of the one you use at
home! Maybe one with a massage or low
heat?

Yeah, you all are right. I feel better
when I take a walk or do something else.
The pain is in my lower back also and I
try to move around a little while i'm
sitting down. I call it my chair
exercise.

Bring a pillow to put behind your
back...This should ease the pain.
Good luck,
