I find getting to sleep a real struggle.
Nearly every night I takes me at least 2
hours to fall asleep. Even when I go to
bed really late and I mean really late,
we are talking staying up for 24 hours, I
still cant get to sleep immediately, even
though i'm tired. The bad thing is once
I do get to sleep I find waking up a real
hassle. The problem is when I first wake
up I can fall straight back to bed very
easily, why is this?
