My partner develop what appeared to be a genital wart on the shaft of his penis. He went to his pcp and he said it was a skin tag. Both of us work in the medical field, and it does not look like a skin tag. It is odly shaped, with rough edges, raised, and the coloring is similar if not the same as his skin color. There is no pain to the area.

Also, I just had a pap and it came back normal, would it show the hpv virus?
