Anyone else feel anxiety about time?
I'm scared my life is passing really fast, since i've been worrying like this for a year and it only seems like a few weeks since exactly one year ago.
I'm getting really depressed and anxious about this...

Yup yup yup,

i used to be afraid to go to sleep, because that will waste time. I used to burn myself out by trying to multitask.

I think the key word here is buring yourself out. Look for balance between work and rest. Humans get addicted just to about everything, and this includes the high you get in achieving a lot each day.

In the words of einstien, time is relative. Time files when you are enjoying something or during a very busy period. And can be really slow when you are queueing up for something

try to enjoy life at its various stages, cuz you don't know how much time god has allocated you. :p

Yes, you're right, I guess a year can be like a few days or can be like the longest amount of time in the world.
I'm worried because it feels like i've lost the last couple of years and i'm scared i'll never get back to normal.
Thanks for your reply.
