Q: Scorpion Stings ?

Can any one please explain the following:

1) how to find whether a scorpion is posionous or not ?

2) what if we want to remove the posion sting of scorpin do we have to remove it or what ?

3) and what if we remove the sting and then eat the scorpion alive what kind of bad effects it can have ?

I am a 64 yr ol female, western scorpion on rt middle 12 hour ago. Still have pain, some swelling.
