I am thinking of taking a herbal tablet for stress and anxiety. I have heard that it interfers with the birth control pill. Is this correct?

Yes, it does. Do not take it while taking birth control, it will increase your chances of becoming pregnant. See your doctor, there are other things you can take for stress and anxiety.
