Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Forum - Trying to Figure Out Whats Going On....

I had my tubes tied a few years ago, and i'm wondering if its possible to get pregnant.
Within the last month, my breasts have grown to the point where my bra no longer fits, they are sore and achy all the time, and i've been leaking out fluid as well. At first I was wondering if I was pregnant, but my period finally started so I doubt it.
What else could it be?
