Somebody Please Help

I feel like i'm tried all the time. I suffer from chronic dry eye. Tried pretty much everything. Loss of energy. Feel fog headed. Like my head is full. Any suggestions

And has your Dr. Told you to use a certain eye drop or prescribed you any meds to help?
