A few days ago, I had protected sex (somewhat rough, her pubic region was shaved but prickly), then the next day my pubic region felt irritated, not itchy, just irritated, there's red dots like pimples at the root of the pubic hairs, I have saw these before though. Just curious if its crabs or folliculitis which of the two sounds more likely, i'm unaware of the time period for public lice to hatch, any help would be much appreciated. They seem to be at the end of each hair, looking very similar to pimples.
