Q: Pain In Testicles, Lower Abdomen And Urgency to Urinate

I am experiencing some mild pain in my testicles, lower abdomen (bladder area) and a frequency to urinate.

I did have chlymidia, and was treated for it with antibiotics. I tested negative for all other std's.

I had the sexual contact with the infected person over 3 months ago now and am have only had the symptoms I described above for a few weeks.

I have been to my doctor and been re-tested for chlymidia and gonorhea and it came back negative. He checked for urinary tract infection and it also came back negative.

I am worried now that it may be herpes. I have had no blisters and it has been 2 1/2 to 3 months since I would have been exposed to the virus. The initial std test I took 2 1/2 months after my sexual contact said I was negative for herpes. It was the elisa 1 & 2 igg blood test. Should I be concerned still?

Is it anxiety or possibly a prostate problem? I am 34 years old.
