Thank you, yeah he was a tiny tiny boy... But a fighter too. He just couldn't keep it going with the odds to stacked against him.

You need to post a warning before posting picts like that. That was so hard to look at. He is beautiful, and soo tiny. He just reminded me of the way hunter looked, so little and tiny. He is just the cutes little thing. I love his little hat.

Ok I have to go recompose myself. Sorry I am really emotional right now.

sorry... I didn't realise that it wasn't clear from the title - most people know about .Dylan and also about his prematurity etc.

I just wanted to show him off like any other mother does. Again, I am sincerely sorry.

*edited cos I spelt some stuff wrong

he had a condition called .Necrotizing .Enterocolitis which is where his bowel died and stuff... He had it for about 3 days before anyone noticed then they ran some tests cos the nurses were worried as to why he wasn't settling at all... Then they discovered the .N.E and all that and were going to remove part of his bowel in an operation but when they got in there and opened him up it was too far gone so they brought him out of theatre and woke him up so we could say goodbye. It was his cause of death on his certificate.

*edited cos i'm being a retard - I added the quote then submitted it without answering!

I know I did too, I knew but I guess it just brought back memories of my baby. The immaturity of both of the babies was the same, meaning the way they were developed.

I am sorry, I wasn't prepaired and his pictures just touched on that. I would love to post pictures of my little baby but I don't have any without his tubes and stuff sticking out of him. They are really hard to look at.

I am sorry for my reaction. He really is beautiful.

Thank you - it kind of helps to show other people the photos you know, because even though it is hard they're reactions are so genuine it is unbelieveable.

If you don't have any photos you wanted to show do you have footprints or something... Just if you felt it would help to show something or if you wanted to.

It would help if I could show something, but I really dont' have a way because my home computer and I dont' have a scanner. I haven't dug up any of his stuff in close to a year and a half other than the picture I have framed of him (it's a 4d us picture of him.) I can't believe how well you are dealing with all of this. Your a strong girl.

Mel I pm'd you...

I have a phobia of having my photo taken, :s and the only couple of pics I have with dil are when he was really really tiny and ill and intubated and stuff - they're really not suitable for posting here.

Thank you sunflower for saying how well I am coping with this... It is the single hardest thign I have ever been through, I just got to get on with it or I will get caugh up in it. I couldn't have done it without my boyfriend... He's been immense. I have pics of dil framed around my room.
