Hi,
I am a 19 year old male. My neck veins feel like they are really constricted and I am not getting much blood supply. If I press my chin on my chest the circulation to my head gets cut off and I almost pass out sometimes. I get a tingling feeling in my brain and sometimes it feels like there is arubber band on my head when there isnt one. And I find it hard to concentrate someitmes. Are these symptoms to some kind of disease?
