Q: What causes Weight Loss, Shaking, and Sweats? I'm experienc

i have had sweats and shaking bouts and the most shocking pain in my rectum this has been going on for about four months or a bit longer now the weight lose as well. i was 11stone about two months ago i am now down too 8stone now had tests all have come back neg. the sweats and shaking and the pain is still there

You can visit a specialist for internal medicine (more precisely, a gastroenterologist) to examine your anus and rectum. You can also perform standard blood/urine analyses. A colon endoscopy and more specific laboratory analyses may be requested later, upon evaluating the first test results.
