I'm 4weeks and 3days pregnant i'm getting some cramps and they feel like mild af cramps. Is it normal to get cramps? What about wearing hills while your pregnant? I now sure about that one either? Please help!!

Cramping is normal in pregnancy. Wearing heels is not dangerous but if you have lower back pain its not the wisest thing to do..It will only make it worse!

I work at a office and I have to dress up and wear hills and I hate it. I like to dress up, but I would rather wear flop flops. thank you I feel better.

Omgosh I could never imagine wearing heels rite now lol. Im either in flip flops or sneakers, or my slippers!! And ya, cramping is normal in pregnancy. It kinda feels like ur getting ur period but u dont obviously. ( if u do big u-oh). Hehe. Im 20 weeks pregnant and I am getting all kinds of weird tummy feelings ,and things stretching, and sharp pains etc. Its all part of being pregnant.

I have to dress non-casual at work, too, and flip-flops are off-limits... But I wear them anyway. Hehe.

Actually I was not being sarcasatic at all. I was wondering if it was a local thing . We have local "talk" and was interested to learn if that was the case. :)
