No More Asthma!

In march of 2004 my parents came to my husband and me saying that they had just heard of a company that does not put bad chemicals in their cleaners. It was something they were going to look into and wondered if we would be interested. This immediately caught my attention and I said, “yes! Let me know what you find out.” once they heard, they shared this company with our family and I was so excited about what I learned.

Why was I so excited? You see, after I graduated from high school I took a job as a housekeeper in a local hotel. During the year that I worked there, the chemicals in the cleaners we used did damage to my lungs. I went in with no a-l-l-e-r-g-i-e-s or a-s-t-h-m-a and, in the 15 years since, I have always had problems using cleaners. My bathroom cleaning ritual included opening windows, turning on the exhaust fan, spraying down the shower and leaving the room for a while to let it air out. Once I did go back into the room to clean, I would hold my shirt over my mouth and nose while I finished the task. In the months just before being introduced to these products, I had reduced myself to using a cleaner that didn’t bother my a-s-t-h-m-a but my tub and shower looked terrible! Now you understand why I was excited to hear about this company.


After hearing about it, the next step was…a test in the bathroom. I sprayed down my shower and tub with the tub cleaner and the sink with the general cleaner. Wow, I was amazed! Of course I could smell both of the cleaners but I had no a-s-t-h-m-a-t-i-c reaction to either cleaner! And best of all, they worked great! My tub looked better than it had in months! Besides no a-s-t-h-m-a-t-i-c reaction, I was able to clean without the worry of burning my s-k-i-n and also, my children are able to help me clean. We all love that! I tried the dishwasher detergent in the dishwasher and I got the same wonderful results. I had to tell my children that it was okay to walk by the dishwasher, when it was r-u-n-n-i-n-g, without pulling their shirt up over their mouth and nose the way they had seen me do with other dishwasher detergents.


This is just one of the many ways that this company has changed our lives and we are very grateful to my parents for showing us these great products! We purchased the home conversion pack and have completely changed our home over to safer products and we will never go back to unsafe cleaners.
