I have a feeling as if from the back of my tongue to my sternum is having invountarily spasms. I feel like talking exaggerates it and swallowing seems to hurt. If I reach to touch both of my lymphs it hurts under this area as well. It is almost of feeling of swelling.

I have been on nexium for years due to a gastric tummy and have had an endoscopy and barium in the past year to just check out the gastric tummy that is doing well for some time now.

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

P.S. I have had a pain behind my right ear that runs back to the side of my throat for many years that comes and goes, but feel this is unrelated.
