Q: Head Pressure

Whenever I bend forwards I get pressure in my head, in addition to my face turning red and the blood vessels in my temples standing out.
I also get a feeling of nausea.
It doesn't just happen when I hang upside down but happens just from leaning fowards so my face is looking towards the ground.
It seems to happen more often when i'm feeling faint and I also get postural hypotension (lightheadedness when standing up).
I'm completely worn down and exhausted from constant anxiety and I don't get enough sleep.
I used to feel very healthy and now I just feel like i'm dieing.
I'm only 16, what could be the cause of the pressure?

Hmm
Is this creating your anxiety. I would dicuss it with dr- maybe meds to help u relax. Try relaxing activities- going for a walk- live near a beach?
Best of luck!
