Morning sickness sucks, I had to quit my job because of it. Though youre scared of throwing up, that was usually the only thing that made me feel better (temporarily). Youre supposed to eat lots of small meals throughout the day too. Crackers in the morning would help me get out of bed. It will pass with time, there isnt much else you can do.

But look at it this way: from what I was told morning sickness is a .G.O.O.D. Sign. It means the hormone levels are rising and that your body is healthy enough to support a fetus. Many( not all) women that have miscarriages never experience morning sickness.

me too. Try ginger ale. That works for some people. Also, vitamin b5 is great for nausea.

i'm not trying to be a downer but I had the worst morning sickness ever (100 times worse than this time around) with the pregnancy I miscarried. I know you said "many (not all)" but I still hate when people say that.

Anyway, to the original poster, just eat bland foods and drink ginger ale. Throwing up made me feel so much better. I actually prayed that i'd throw up and looked forward to it.

Cyclizine is fine... But it's better to go natural if you can. Go to boots and get their free "baby and you" book (may be £1 now, not sure) it has loads of great tips as to how to combat morning sickness and what you should be doing to cope if you do have it.
