Ok people i've been back at work now for 2 weeks which is why I have not been on lately. I have people telling me there are some trolls here now one especially who I am very familiar with. I can't get on here as often as before so if you have problems with anyone pm me and i'll see the notification in my e-mail. If there are major problems, pm admin. Hope all the new mommies and mommies ot be are doing well!!!

Ya we get a yr or more now I think. It seemed long at first and I took it 2 months early as I could not fit behind my desk anymore but I wish we had 2 yrs.

How is that little big guy of yours doing, is he in pre-school? I bet you miss him and he misses you, I bet it does not seem that long to you(a year). What happened to your old job? Can they let you go if you are on maternity leave there? Hope you both are getting along better(you and your s/o.
Good luck to you and yours!

I actually work in nun's island. It's not too far but the mornings are longer when I have to drop my son off at daycare. Daddy picks him up though.

here in england you get 6 months and are entitled to your original job back or you can take an extra 6 months (but they don't pay you) and they do have to give you a job back but it mightn't be the same job as when you left.

For example if I took 6 months they would have to give me my team leader position back but if I took 12 months I might just be on the check outs and not a team leader.
