In the last 3 months I have gone from around 135 pounds to 107 pounds and i'm still losing. I dont starve myself, I dont make myself sick, I dont use laxatives, or diet pills and I don't exercise. I do however restrict my calorie intake. I cant eat anything that is high in calories, like a slice of bread freaks me out. If I dont know how many calories are in something I wont eat it. I get a sense of achievement going to bed knowing I have had another successful day and pray that i'm lighter. I'm now starting to wonder where this may end. I don't want to go too much lower but fear gaining weight by eating more. My bmi is currently under 18.5
sometimes I think I may have a problem but mostly I don't know because I have none of the other behaviours and i'm aware that going lower than 100 say is dangerous to my health.
