Just wanted to say thanks stan, and everyone for your advice on this forum. I have had hypoglycemia for about 30 years so I am familiar with the ups and downs however, this winter I got the flu and I was under a lot of stress from my job and trying to work with the flu. I began eating bananas and orange juice while I was sick. Well after a couple of weeks of this I began getting anxiety real bad. It continued to the point I could not stop it. It caused me some severe adrenal fatigue. I have been in the process of recovering since the first of march. I have not worked in about 3 months. I have had to really watch my diet and get plenty of rest. Everyday I get a little better but it is a slow process. Has anyone had any experience in this? I just wonder how long it takes to recover. Anyway stan, I have gotten a lot of good ideas from you and I appreciate it. Hopefully I will get back on my feet soon and believe me I will be carefull what I eat and how much I eat!

Honestly my diet tips seem to work the best for people. I'm really against that high carbohydrate diet that is still suggested, I don't believe it works in about 85% of all cases. If you follow my rules you should notice great results in a really short time, and then when you feel well enough you can experiment!
