Hello my name is jon and for the past few weeks I have had an involutary twitching of my left hand index finger. It's not painful and at first it happened only a few times a week and now it's much more frequent. I have been to afghanistan and iraq and have probably been exposed to god knows what - so needless to say i'm alittle concerned but perhaps it could be just stress. Hoping it's not early signs of parkinsons ot muscluar dystophy. Please hit me back - any advice would be appreciated. -jon
