Q: Am I Fat Or Fit?

I've been underweight my whole life up until recently; in the past year i've gone from being 9.5 stone to 11 stone (my bmi is now average). I've been doing a lot more exercise but i've been eating a lot more as well; my stomach is starting to protrude and I want to know if it's muscle or fat.

Umm.
Not sure how much stone is, but... Squeeze into your tightest pair of jeans and bendover. If just skin presses over it, you have muscle. If you have some flab, well, sorry! :lol: but don't worry about it, just lie on your back with your arms under your butt and lift your legs slowly at a 80-degree angle about 50 times every day. To make it even more painful and unpleasant, add 1-pound ankle wieghts.
