Hi i'm a new member. I am a student who is about to graduate with a degree 1 month from now and I can't seem to focus anymore I can't function and all I want is to be with my boyfriend who I am stressing out. I hit him in the face last night and I had never done anything like that, I don't believe in hitting anyone and i'm scared that my anxiety is going to ruin my relationship. How can I make sure he doesn't leave me. He is a great boyfriend and this is the first time anything like this happens, I don't want to loose him.

If you can't function then it's time to talk to a doctor. If you're anxious there are meds that can help with that.

I don't know what to say about your boyfriend. If you hit him once and he's still sticking by you then he probably really cares for you. If you care for him it would be best if you got yourself some help so it doesn't happen again.

Thank you for replying. I'm considering seeing a doctor or goingto a therapist. I am lucky to have him
