Q: Tiny Bump On Penis And Scrotum

I have a whole lot of tiny bumps on my penis and scrotum. They don't hurt at all, are about skin colour, and mainly appear at the at the base of hairs. I think that they have been there a while, but I have only really paid attention to them now. Are they anything to be concerned about?
