Hello again. I also wonder if someone can tell me what to do about fallen arches. My feet are constantly aching and are very sore. My arches fell about 9 or 10 years ago and i've endured foot pain ever since. 
any suggestions would be appreciated. Maybe arch supports would help?? Let me know!!
