Q: Possible Twins?

My daughter has 2 children already and is pregnant with her third. She went to the doctor the other day and was told that her stomach measured 26 but should only be 19. Could it be that she is just going to have a huge baby? Or could this be a multiple pregnancy? They haven't heard more than one heartbeat, which makes me think it is in fact just one big baby, but odd things do happen. I am freaked out because we are already supporting her, her two children and her fiance as well as our youngest son and twins at this point would be a tremendous strain on us financially. Don't get me wrong, I love kids and twins (other than financially) would be great. Any insight on this?
