Q: Pregnant???

I have missed 2 periods. I took 3 home pregnancy tests 2 were positive and one negative. I also went to the pregnancy clinic the test there was negative. My blood sugar has been high lately I had some blood tests done at my doctor. They said I am not pregnant.....I have gained 12 pounds in the last 4 weeks, and I just went up a bra size. If i'm not pregnant what else could this be??
