Hey, I have been having really bad pains in my pelvic area only @ night and it hurts enough to wake me up.... Ive only been with one partner and its been going on for almost 2 years... It randomly goes away and comes back its kinda like a pressure pain ( I guess to be specific its a little above the clictorius ) im really worried something is wrong. I have gone to the ghyno and they saw no sists in the ultra-sound and also I have no sexually transmitted dieses...

Ah what could it be!!! Im so scared !
