Just don't give up on trying to find an answer and if they blow you off, don't let them. Ring and pester them. Some doctors are aweful and inseatd of trying to discover whats really the cause they just fob you off with some crap diagnosis. My mum was diagnosed with thyroid disease after 20 years of misdiagnosis, when it was at it's worst, the doctors said it was early onset of menopause. An iridolodist picked it and told her to check it out. She was not a well person and the point being, doctors really should have picked it up easily with a simple blood test because she was not a stable healthy person. So hang in there, I know it sucks but go to the newspapers if you have to, cause some noise.
