Ummmmm here's one thing I like to eat:
chicken breast cut into pieces, fistful
brown rice, half a green pepper, half a
yellow pepper, 4 mushrooms, half a tin of
tomatoes - u mix this is all up and add
italian mixed herb, bit of garlic salt,
black pepper and I hve a few scrapings of
edam cheese. Someimes I substitute the
chicken for a tin of sardines.

Have you looked at stan's diet, version 5?
That should give you a good guideline.
I see you're from the nyc area. So am i.
I would suggest getting fresh roasted
turkey from your local deli (not the
processed kind ... Real turkey). It's
quick and easy when you're on the go and
it's not processed.
Still if you haven't looked at stan's diet
yet, please do.

You have to find time. I cook all of my
food the night before if I know i'm going
to be busy. It doesn't really take as
much time as you'd think.
