I have been almost anxiety free for 8 months.
The last week I have felt it slowly creeping back and today it has peaked! So sick, nausia, flushes, pain in my back and stomach, dizziness (bad), shakes!

Anyone get bad returns like this. I taken a xanax, haven't had one in months! Taking a while to work though.
It is 12 months today from the day I went to hospital last year with the same sort of symptoms etc and had all the tests done. Anyone else have days or specific times that the anxiety is worse!
Need advice

Thanks for replying mitch.
I had all the symptoms that I discribed in the first post - but no heart palps! I did get a slight raise in my heart rate when I was feeling like I was going to pass out or vomit.
When it happens I just want to get away from everyone and be by myself.

Do you think that it is weird that it happens the same time the year after and also I get most of my anxiety a week before my period _ sorry if that is to much info!

Hi bek..I have some ok days, sometimes I can go a week or 2,then like with you,it creeps back again, but the depression never goes away, its there all the time, and it never goes away,i usually pretend to everyone that i`m having fun and enjoying life, but inside is a different matter..
