guess im starting to get m/s today. Any
advice to help me feel better like what to
eat and stuff. I dont like how I feel :(

I ate whatever I wanted, just threw it up
after I ate it. I would snack on soda
crackers and they would come back
up......To the point of puking green
stuff. So I started eating whatever I
wanted and then just started puking about
10 mins after.

I ate whatever I wanted (but stayed away
from anything with tomato sauce) and
usually threw up after. But I felt *so*
much better after throwing up. I actually
hoped to throw up because it's better than
feeling like sh*t all day. Oh, and I
drank ginger ale. My m/s went away around
11 weeks.
